It is one of the most sought-after locations in the resort: in winter you can return to the hotel on your skis, leaving your equipment in the ski room, whilst the centre, with its shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away. All around lies the forest, whose fragrant breeze enhances your stay and offers peace and coolness.
Yes. Thanks to its location right next to the slopes of the Madonna di Campiglio ski area, opposite the Spinale cable car, at the end of the day you can ski right down to the hotel door and leave your equipment in the ski room. No shuttle buses, no transfers: the slope is part of the hotel. Thatโs why so many skiers come back here season after season.
We have two separate spas, both included in your stay.
The Adults Only Sky Spa, on the fifth floor, is situated on a picturesque rooftop with an outdoor infinity hot tub and a 360ยฐ view of the Dolomites, featuring textile-free areas, reserved for those seeking peace and privacy.
The Family Spa, on the other hand, is designed for spending time together: a heated indoor pool with a counter-current swimming system, a whirlpool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensory showers and a relaxation area open to both adults and children. Two distinct approaches to wellbeing, one for couples and one for families.
The Aufguss is a sauna ritual in which a master pours balls of ice, scented with natural essences, onto the red-hot stones, releasing fragrant steam through choreographed movements. At the Cerana Relax Hotel, it is a daily feature, included for all guests, with scents that change every day and takes place in the panoramic Sky Spa. It is an experience that few hotels in Madonna di Campiglio offer every day and at no extra cost, open
to non-residents too, subject to booking.
This means that at the Cerana Relax Hotel, you donโt pay extra for things that are usually charged as extras elsewhere. The price of your stay includes unlimited access to both spas, the daily Aufguss, sound relaxation sessions with Tibetan bells and gongs, the scrub in the Turkish bath and steam treatments. The only services subject to an additional charge are massages and personalised beauty treatments (using Comfort Zone products), which can be booked at reception. Itโs a โno surprisesโ approach that we value highly.
Yes. The hotel is nestled in the woods and has made sustainability a concrete commitment, as detailed in the โFriends of the Environmentโ section: a focus on energy consumption, waste reduction and respect for the alpine ecosystem of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park that surrounds Madonna di Campiglio. This philosophy is also evident in the choice of natural materials used to furnish the rooms and suites.
Every guest receives the DoloMeet Guest Card free of charge โ the regional card for Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Val Rendena. It includes free parking and transport within the valleys of the Park, activities organised by the APT, discounts at participating shops and sports facilities, as well as the services offered by the Trentino Guest Card (museums, castles, public transport). For an additional fee, it can be upgraded to the DoloMeet PASSion, which adds access to the ski lifts in Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo.
Yes. When you return from a day on the slopes or on the trails, you can treat yourself to some time to yourself on the two terraces equipped with sun loungers and tables, where you can enjoy the forest breeze with the Dolomites in the distance, or relax at the bar with a tasting of local grappas and spirits accompanied by dark chocolate. These little pleasures make an evening at the Cerana Relax Hotel an experience, not just a stay.
No. For organisational and hygiene reasons, the Cerana Relax Hotel does not accept pets, even though we love them very much. If you are travelling with your pet, it is best to contact us so that we can discuss possible options in the area together.
Madonna di Campiglio is easily accessible by car; from the A4 motorway, take the Brescia Est exit and then follow the signs to the resort. We have a free outdoor car park right in front of the entrance and two covered garages available for a fee. For those arriving by train or plane, we can arrange a dedicated transfer from the station or airport, to be arranged at the time of booking.
