The Ski Area of Campiglio and the Brenta Dolomites represents a real snow paradise with 156 kilometres of slopes that reach up to 2,500 metres of altitude, all connected using skis and spread over the three districts of Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Folgarida- Marilleva. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, freeride: each discipline has its own dedicated area, and it is also possible to ski under the stars. Beautiful, isn’t it?
A reference point for snowboarders and freestyle lovers, the Brenta Dolomites offer trails and snow parks where you can have fun and test yourself. At the foot of the Pietra Grande is the Ursus Snowpark: 100,000 square metres dedicated to jumps, boxes, rails, boardercross and funlines, with levels of difficulty suitable for everyone, beginners and experts.
If skis don’t thrill you, but you love the snow, you can have fun with exhilarating tobogganing from Monte Spinale or wonderful excursions using snowshoes. Get on the Spinale cable car – right next to the hotel – and prepare for a descent with a slope of up to 18 degrees or put on your snowshoes and set out to discover enchanting views of woods and natural areas.
Indulge in the thrill of a sled ride pulled by wonderful husky dogs and let yourself be conquered by the deep connection with these wonderful animals. Enjoy an evocative route through the woods and the Piana di Nambino, with 6-8 sled dogs and an expert musher, or take part in the “baptism of dog sledding” and guide the sled yourself, with the instructor following you from a distance: it will be magnificent!
